2008 3rd CSR-Conference
3rd International CSR-Conference
"Corporate Responsibility and Governance"
October 8-10, 2008
Organized by Institute of Management, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

Inaugurated in 2004 as "a platform for multi-stakeholder dialogue", the Humboldt-Universität CSR-Conference series has attained a remarkable degree of international relevance in the field of CSR, Governance and Globalisation in a short period of time.
Relying on global exchange and a discourse between theory and practice, the CSR-Conference seeks to promptly identify professional trends in CSR and corporate governance and suggests options for responsible action in an increasingly globalized world.
The 3rd International CSR-Conference at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin deals with the overall topic "Corporate Responsibility and Governance". Global governance relates to the universe of mechanisms, institutions, rules and/or regulations with which different actors (governments, companies, NGOs, and civil society) discuss and decide global issues. Connecting the best minds in the field with influential stakeholders from around the world, the conference offers a unique chance to engage in meaningful discourse about one of the key concerns of our time.
